Global Link Education Ltd offers a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital course purchases made directly through our website. This guarantee entitles you to a complete reimbursement of the amount you paid, subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3.

The 14-day refund window begins on the date of purchase confirmation (the date your payment was successfully processed and your enrollment was confirmed via email). Refund requests received after the 14-day period has expired will not be considered.

3. Refund Eligibility — What Qualifies

To be eligible for a full refund under our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met at the time of your refund request:

  • Third-Party Purchases: Courses purchased through any third-party marketplace, promotional platform, or affiliate partner are subject to that platform's refund terms and must be resolved directly with them.
  • Promotional or Discounted Purchases: Courses purchased at a promotional discount of 50% or more may be subject to modified refund terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Definition of "Course Access Threshold" (20%)

The "20% course access threshold" refers to the proportion of total course content that you have accessed, as tracked automatically by our learning management platform. This includes:

  • Video lessons viewed (counted from 30 seconds of playback).
  • Module pages loaded and interacted with for more than 10 seconds.
  • Quizzes started or submitted.
  • Downloadable resources accessed or downloaded through the platform.

The 20% threshold is calculated as a percentage of the total number of trackable content items in the course. Our platform automatically logs this data and it will be consulted when your refund request is reviewed. This measure exists to ensure fairness and to protect against abuse of our refund policy.

6. Step-by-Step Refund Request Process

Submitting a refund request is a straightforward process. Please follow these steps carefully to ensure your request is processed efficiently:

Eligibility Review

Our team will verify your eligibility against the criteria in Section 3 within 24–48 working hours. We will check your purchase date, account status, and course access data as recorded by our platform.

Outcome Notification

You will receive a decision email confirming whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your course access will be deactivated immediately upon confirmation of the refund.

Refund Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (the card used at the time of purchase). Please see Section 7 for processing timelines. No alternative payment methods can be used for refund disbursement.

7. Refund Processing Timelines

Once your refund is approved by our billing team, the following timelines apply:

  • Internal processing by Global Link Education Ltd: Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days of approval.
  • Payment processor processing time (e.g., via Stripe): Typically 3–5 business days for the funds to be released back to your card issuer.
  • Card issuer credit to your account: May take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
  • Total estimated time: Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of refund approval before contacting us regarding the status of funds in your account.

⚠️ Please Note: We have no control over the speed at which your bank or card issuer processes the returned funds. If funds have not appeared after 10 business days of approval, please first check with your card issuer before contacting us.

8. Partial Refunds

11. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact our billing team directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through your bank or card issuer. Our team is dedicated to resolving all legitimate refund requests quickly and fairly through our standard process.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a misuse of the banking dispute system. In the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback:

  • Your account will be suspended immediately and all course access revoked.
