We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or expand our course catalogue at any time without prior notice. In the event that a course you have purchased is permanently discontinued, you will be offered an equivalent course transfer or a full refund, as detailed in Section 6.

4. User Accounts & Eligibility

To access purchased course content, you must register an account on our platform using a valid email address and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make a purchase independently. Learners under 18 require written parental or guardian consent.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account at info@globallinkeducationltd.com.
• Each account is for a single named individual only. Sharing account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our absolute discretion.

5. Pricing, Payments & Billing

All course prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices displayed are final and subject to change without prior notice, though any change will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

• All payments are processed securely through our PCI DSS Level 1 compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store, access, or retain your card details on our servers at any time.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize Global Link Education Ltd to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method for the selected course(s).
• Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt to the email address associated with your account. Please retain this for your records.
• In the event of a payment failure, your enrollment will not be activated. Please contact us or retry with a different payment method.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to purchased content if a payment is subsequently reversed by your bank or card issuer without justification (i.e., a fraudulent chargeback).
• All purchases are one-time payments providing lifetime access. We do not operate any recurring subscription model unless explicitly stated for a specific premium service.

6. Refund Policy (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our educational content. We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital course purchases made directly through our platform.

• You are eligible for a full refund if your refund request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date.
• You must not have completed the course in full or downloaded and received the Certificate of Completion to remain eligible for a refund.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@globallinkeducationltd.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Order Reference]".
• Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
• Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be considered under any circumstances.
• Accounts found to have abused the refund policy (e.g., serial refund requests across multiple courses) may be permanently banned from future purchases.

7. Course Access & Delivery

Upon confirmed payment, you will receive lifetime access to your purchased course materials. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as Global Link Education Ltd continues to operate and offer that course. In the unlikely event the course is permanently discontinued, we will provide a minimum of 30 days' notice and offer an equivalent alternative or full refund.

• Course content is delivered entirely online via our learning management platform and is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to scheduled maintenance windows.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We will endeavour to minimize downtime and will not be liable for any temporary unavailability.
• All future updates and additions to a purchased course will be available to you automatically at no additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our platform, including but not limited to video lectures, written course materials, interactive quizzes, downloadable resources, graphics, branding, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Global Link Education Ltd or our licensed content partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase of a course, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course content solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license expressly prohibits you from:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any course content without written permission.
• Selling, sublicensing, renting, or otherwise commercially exploiting any course material.
• Recording, screenshotting, or downloading video content through any unauthorized method.
• Using course content for training, consulting, or delivering education to third parties commercially.

9. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and deny access to our platform, without notice or refund, in the event that you:

• Breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct in connection with our services.
• Share account access with unauthorized third parties.
• Initiate a fraudulent or unjustified payment dispute (chargeback) with your bank or card issuer.

Upon termination, your license to access all course content will be immediately revoked and no refund will be issued for any remaining course materials.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our courses and platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain accurate, up-to-date, and high-quality course content, we do not warrant that:

• The platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times.
• Completing a course will guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary increases, or career advancements.
• The course content will meet your specific individual learning requirements or professional objectives in all cases.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Link Education Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any matter arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Global Link Education Ltd in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, you may refer the matter to the applicable courts as described in Section 14 below.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to settle any dispute or claim arising in connection with these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
